What kind of training and experience do your laser technicians have?

At Electra, our technicians are certified Medical Estheticians with years of experience, professionally trained to operate our Laser, IPL and related equipment. All technicians on the Electra team have over 5 years of experience. No ‘first-time’ operators here.

DO I HAVE TO HAVE A CONSULTATION PRIOR TO MY TREATMENT?

Yes. We require all of our new clients to book in for a complimentary consultation before beginning any course of treatment. Consultations are free of charge for all laser hair removal, laser tattoo removal and skin rejuvenation treatments. Physician-directed services such as dermal fillers will be subject to a $50 consultation fee which can be applied towards your first treatment.

Can I cancel my appointment?

Yes. If you cannot arrive for your scheduled treatment or consultation, please call us at 604-255-2737, a minimum of 48-hours prior. We will gladly reschedule or cancel your appointment. Because we have turned away other clients to hold your reservation, any cancellations made less than 48-hours prior, or no-shows, will result in full charges to your credit card or the equivalent deduction from your treatment package.

Do you offer standby appointments at a discount?

Yes! If you have a flexible schedule, add your name to our Standby List. When you come in on Standby, we will give you 40% off the regular price of your treatment. Please note that we offer Standby Rates only to our clients who have previously purchased and completed Laser hair removal treatment packages. Our Standby Rate is valid only for additional treatments on the same area that was treated in the package you have completed. Standby Rates cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.
